I hired Clark to inspect a common block fence wall that shows signs of moisture at the bottom, due to the dirt level, which is higher from the other side. Clark showed up on time but he did not follow CDC guideline about wearing a face mask, this is a safety issue that any business should consider nowadays. Clark did not discuss any findings on-site, he even forgot to ask for my email address, I was not sure how I am supposed to receive the report, so I did text him my email address after he left. He filled the reports with no-sense pictures about low moisture level in some dirt spots, not sure why he did this, we live in an AZ desert and no rain occurred in the last 2 months, so we all know the moisture in dirt level is close to zero. Clark did not even indicate in his report the height of the dirt level from the other side compared to my side, which was the main reason I chose to hire him. I would not recommend his business.

I am very sorry, Ed. I tried very hard to give you an objective analysis of the condition of your wall. We agreed, after going outside in the open air, that we would remove our masks. We practiced social distancing during this time. I performed a moisture test on the portions of the wall that were showing issues. You hired me as an independent objective expert. I gave you my honest opinion. I am sorry that my findings did not coincide with the legal action that you were planning in consultation with your attorney or other individuals. I found there was no objective basis for your proposed claim. My future clients are welcome to read the report.

Clark was very polite and patient with our home inspection. There were some obstacles due to the seller and Clark was very patient and professional in handling these obstacles. The report was very thorough and detailed. I would definitely work with Clark again.

He was well verse, knowledgeable and personable. We went thru every inquiry with detail and made the possible suggestions. He was also very proficient in spanish, which was important being that the sellers of the property only spoke in Spanish. Great recommendation for anyone looking for a home inspection.
