Clark Booth Property Inspector

All I was told when I hired him was, other inspections costed more. I was never actually told what the other things were until after my walk through because I would've gotten at least the roof looked at for sure. I was trying to save 50$ from another inspector that was going to do all of it for $50 more. he didn't notice SOOOO many things too. Flash molding coming off my shingles on the side window of the house...etc. ya, there were tenants there blocking stuff, but I've found so many things that weren't covered up like water damage in the kitchen ceiling and living room walls. Mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinet above the oven...bottom line, I would not recommend this inspector to anyone.
