The cost was agreed upon in advance (through phone conversations with Chris Conrad); the technicians were on time, courteous, and efficient. So far as I can tell the exhaust fan is working properly, with no leaks during a recent hard rain. I would call upon them again. KSH, Raleigh

After my meeting with Chris Conrad I had a good feeling about his ability to complete the work efficiently. I was expecting Chris to be present on work day since he knew exactly what needed to be done. Instead his workers showed up and everything needed to be explained again about completing the work. They were not on board with everything that Chris stated could be done. The workers started labor very slowly and took several breaks. Not all the work was completed to satisfactory. Some of the outlets were not replaced as discussed and a hole was left in the wall for us to patch. Overall not worth the price paid!

They did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous wanting to make sure they met my needs. My only complaints are that they were late to give the estimate and to do the call and did not call to let me know this and that that person that did the estimate did not come to do the work so I can to explain what I wanted over again. I wish that at least one person was there for both things so that this could have been avoided.

We called late in the day with a problem installing a ceiling fan and Chris fit us in first thing the next morning. He was courteous, professional, and had the job finished quickly. Outstanding service at a reasonable rate.

Chris called me and scheduled a time to come by and give us an estimate. He showed up as scheduled, quoted us a very fair price and agreed to do the work the following day. Again, he arrived as scheduled and completed the job quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely contact Chris for any future electrical jobs.
