The people are very friendly but unreliable. They called to cancel two appointments due to other 'emergencies'. However, they were very prompt in depositing my check. They managed to come out twice but my electrical problem still exists. I refuse to schedule another appointment, leave work to meet them for them to call and tell me that they can not make it. I have given up on this company and chalked this one up as a loss.
