Quickly diagnosed a short tripping the GFCI outlet in my garage. Installed a new outlet for the garage refrigerator. Total cost $550. Paid for my education and turned a lemon into lemonade.

Very prompt,very polite, organized. Did everything to our expectations. Attentive to detail, cleaned after theirselves. Protected our home and items by protecting things and keeping feet covered. Came when they said they would. Sent a text with a picture, name and bio so you know who you were to expect to arrive.

In my initial e-mail they stated "We charge $69 for the dispatch fee and then the tech will discuss the pricing on fixing the issue." He quickly assessed and fixed the problem, then began telling me about all of the things he wouldn't charge for. I was charged $99 in addition to the dispatch fee. I complained and he said he would see if he could get the dispatch fee waived. They wouldn't waive it but reduced it. He wasn't in my house more than 30 minutes, didn't use any materials (I even loaned him a ladder so he wouldn't have to go back and get one), and he did not tell me about additional charges until he fixed the problem. He continued to tell me about all the discounts he would give if I had him come to replace the fixtures. This reminded me of the stereotypical bad salesman who lures you in at one price then adds on a lot of unneeded charges. I expected him to be up front about potential costs but was surprised by his 'assessment' fee. I won't recommend them nor use them again.

Guys were generally on time and did good work. Some issues understanding inspection requirements. Front office started out responsive but have become less so dealing with inspection issues.
