Came out and took a look at the situation. Didn't take long because it was a quick find. It doesn't always work that way. It was so quick, they had time to do another small job for me while they were here. Friendly and professional. I will use them again in the future if need arises.

Normally, the fee to come out to the property includes at least one hour of service time. I was not informed that the $69 was only to show up. After a few minutes I was told that a totally separate fee of $197 was needed on top of the $69 just to evaluate whether or not there was a problem with the electrical under my house. I felt "trapped" in that I had waterheater issues and had been without hot water for 4 days. I really wanted to get it resolved. Everyone I talked to says the pricing was rediculous. I went with the company because it was top rated and said they could come out quickly with a low service fee. I TOTALLY have regrets.

I wish we would have known how you felt, we would of been more than happy to go over any of your concerns and made sure that you were happy. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we mean it! Upon going over all the wiring that the plumber did for the water heater, testing it and speaking with him on the phone it was obvious that he wired the unit incorrectly. I am so sorry you felt trapped, in no way did we mean for that-we had to diagnose the problem which was a time consuming effort.
