The tech who showed up was very nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. They are a little on the costly side, but you are paying for someone who knows what they are doing and will stand behind the work.

They canceled scheduled appointments twice. The second cancellation came the actual morning they were supposed to come.

The tech that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a GFI outlet I installed. Two wires had been reversed so the extent of the "fix" was minor. The cost was high but the estimate was still lower than most other companies I contacted. The other problem with the outside flood light was more complex and would have cost an estimate of 500 dollars which is out of my budget for one floodlight. Nate was the tech who I would recommend and use again if I could afford it. The customer service was given a lower rating due to the wait time for an appointment. I had to wait 10 days after I called before they had an opening. Not good. I am glad it was not an emergency and could wait that long.

very poor customer service. They no call no showed me three times and wanted to reschedule a 4th but I refused. They did not honor the warranty they said their work was under. The guy who did my services was one week into the job with no ones assisting him and he did my work wrong. He was gone in less than 6 months and they did not cover the work he did or offer to fix it under warranty. I would not recommend. I am out of about $800 for a product that was installed and used less than 6 months.
