CMC was very responsive to my inquiry on servicemagic.com. We made an appt within 2 days of my inquiry. The guys were on time, pleasant, and efficient. They handled my issues but did not fix more than they had to or try to get me to replace more than was necessary.

My experience was wonderful. They showed up on time and were friendly and professional. They said hello to my dogs and got right to work. My job was a small one -- needed a GFI outlet replaced -- and in less than 20 minutes they were in and out. I would have no hesitation using CMC Electric again or recommending them to my friends and neighbors!

Chris Conrad came to our home 8/6/10. He was able to repair our attic fan without having to replace it. We were pleased with his service. We will use him again on future electrical needs and would recommend him to others.

Came just a few minutes within the time stated ( They said that they would be there around 8:00 a.m.) Did the work at the price quoted. Cleaned up behind themselves. Explained the operation of the fan.

They were very professional and showed up on time and got to work immediately. I have a high, steep roof and I knew that would be a challenge on this job, but they got the job done. The attic fan cost $50 more than I originally dicussed with the contracter because I was expecting to go with a smaller attic fan. It seemed like the tech was unaware of this and had to "sell" me the larger fan that I ended up going with. Overall, good job and the hard rain we had the following evening did not trigger any leaks. This contracter was the only one that responded to my inquiry with Service Magic.

CMC guys responded to my query quickly, arrive when promised and I had two fans installed and working in 2 days. So far, I am fully satisfied. On a separate note, the electrician who was here promised me a follow up on a different item, but I have not heard back from him about that. But that is a different story.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
