Byam got the job done really quickly. Came out and did an estimate and job was completed in 1 day. The cost to fix whole roof was half of what I was quoted from other companies. I was very please with Byam construction and would highly recommend them for any project.

We had a POSITIVE experience working with Roger of Byam Construction on two occasions. I first met Roger when a few rows of roofing shingles blew off last winter. I was amazed that he made the effort to come to our house that same evening to patch the shingles before rain the following day ! Because of this positive experience, a few months ago, I had him back to look at a serious issue that needed immediate attention. . Our home is near the ocean which lead to 31 years of severe degrading of cedar shingles , Anderson windows and wood trim. During driving rain storms water started leaking into our home. We met with other contractors also but Roger made more of a effort to meet with us on multiple occasions to review in detail what needed to be done to get the house weather tight once again. His recommendation to remove all of the shingles , trim and Anderson windows proved to be spot on as his fine crew of Brandon and Martin found water damage and rot behind the shingles and water damage inside of the 31 year old Anderson windows and Transoms. After removing all of the shingles, windows and trim his workers wrapped the entire house in ice /water type barrier before installing new Anderson windows, grade A shingles and Azek trim on the entire elevation. We couldn't be more pleased with workers attention to detail, quality of the products used , cleanliness and time frame it took to complete the job.
