Roger Byam contacted me almost immediately after putting in my request. It was a Saturday and I never thought that he would come that day and fix my molding. He came when he said he would and went above and beyond, very professional and meticulous. Anyone looking for a contractor should call Byam Construction, they will not be disappointed. I am extremely impressed with Roger Byam. l left a message, he responded a few minutes later (I was expected to hear back at the end of the workday). He asked good questions, I sent some pictures, and he called ahead, said he was just finishing another job and could come & tackle my door. This was on a Saturday in the evening he actually worked in the dark, (had a headlamp on) ...in the rain and got my door fixed ...fabulously! He was professional, polite, & cleaned up after his work. I am super impressed and highly recommend him!!!

Roger was helpful and flexible...his carpenter, Bob did a fabulous job when replacing our front door, which was to large for existing opening. He did the work in less then estimated time, saving us money.

Rpger came when he said he would. He was able to assess where the leak was around my chimney. He stayed in the COLD beyond dark because he didn't want to leave without finishing the job. He was very good at the problem solving that it took to figure out what was going on. Definitely would hire him again!
