I cannot recommend Byam Construction enough. All interactions received prompt and courteous responses, and I was so grateful that Mr. Byam would drive from Mashpee to South Yarmouth at 9 pm on a summer Friday in order to provide me with peace of mind. This was a tiny repair, probably not worth his time and expended effort at all, but he fixed my broken door immediately and expertly. I have renovations planned for next year and will definitely be reaching back out again. Anyone who would expend such energy and provide such service for a tiny job will be worth his weight in gold for larger projects as well in my opinion.

Sent great guy who worked in hot Sun all day. Did trim work just as I asked. Knowledgeable... Fixed problem so I didn't need to spend more $$. Great communication too. I would hire again.

I highly recommend Byam Construction. I had them repair my front porch and install a trellis under each of my decks. The price for everything was reasonably and there were a few unforeseeable problems with some rotted wood for which the additional charge was very fair. Moreover, I was very impressed with the quality of their work and craftsmanship. I would definitely hire them again. Byam Construction is a truly professional outfit.

I needed an inspection of my roof. He came over after a busy day and evaluated my house by getting on the roof and after looking carefully he determined that my roof was in good shape. He saved me money. Thank you Roger. When I do need that roof, I m calling him.

Roger responded promptly to my request for a quote on replacing the trim on three windows and installing a new basement bulkhead door. He kept me updated on the timeline of the project through texts and emails. His carpenter Shamus does excellent work. He has an attention to detail and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Byam Construction!
