The job I had done was replacement of wooden trim and corner boards on the North East side of the house. it did take longer than I hoped for Roger to get to the job but when he did the job was done very quickly and professionally. They replaced the wood with vinyl trim boards and it is near perfect in every way. There was no mess at all when finished and it looks great. I need to have him back to do the other end of the House.

I had some minimal roof damage after the tornado and just put off trying fix it myself. I thought I could do it. Wrong! I called Roger this AM. He called back within minutes and arrived at my house late in the day. He fixed the ridge shingles in record time in the dark! Thanks, Roger! You are on my go to list!

The owner came out to give estimate on a number of door issues. Gave a detail of how the repair needed to be done and best approach to fix. Also, a couple of the items he actually to the time to correct them while he was here. Knowledgeable,, pleasant. Great service.

Roger Byam was quick to respond to my inquiry. He stopped by my home on the same day, assessed the problem, fixed the issue temporarily and the problem was successfully repaired in less than 48 hours due to rain. I will use Byam Construction again and will not hesitate to recommend the company to others.
