the actual work was good it was just that the person had to keep leaving the job because he forgot equipment or to replace equip that broke down.

The project nearly tripled in size due to the excessive unforeseen decay and damage from moisture damage inside the bathroom walls and floor. It also became very time sensitive due to the fact that we had to open up a large portion of the exterior wall to replace a good amount of floor framing and subflooring that had been moisture damaged. Chris worked well into the evening hours to complete this part of the project to get the floor and wall rebuilt and the window installed by nightfall. Chris had to make an extra trip to the lumber yard to purchase more materials that we did not initially account for because of project increasing in size as we progressed. A couple of tools unfortunately failed during the course of the project necessitating that Chris leave to pick up replacement tools, one on one day, and one on another . The time spent doing so was NOT charged to the customer. After completion, I the Contractor met with the owner to go over an invoice and receive payment , the customer expressed he was VERY pleased with the outcome of the project and had no dissatisfaction at all. He also made sure to tell me that he would be calling us for any future projects. I personally am very concerned that he posted such a poor review of our performance, because if I had sensed he was not 100 % satisfied , I would have addressed those concerns immediately before taking payment for the project. I work extremely hard to maintain my excellent rating on Home Advisor, and this is the first time I have ever received a review that was not very high.

Roger Bryan stepped in and evaluated my situation, took great measure to try to correct the challenge with appropriate immediate minimal effort and discussed the project direction and estimated costs directly with me. He represented himself as a very competent and responsible project manager from the git-go. I will keep his contact information on speed dial.

This man, Roger Byman, owner, is a kind,generous,open and honest contractor. He quickly carved out time for my small screen door repair from his busy schedule. Coming well after standard work hours to make right my broken door. He not only did more work than requested but then did not charge me b/c of the small amount of time it took him to make the repair. I would hire him again in a heart beat. I highly recommend Byman Construction.

Mr. Byam repaired the minor roof damage on my home in exchange for a bundle of shingles that I had left from reroofing my shed. He also gave me valuable information about the condition of the rest of my roof. He is a general contractor and I would use him again to do work on my house!
