Roger Byam prompt and courteous. His team was great. They showed up when expected. They were neat and efficient, hardworking and courteous. They showed us areas needing attention, patient in answering our questions and concerns.

Prompt, knows his stuff, works efficiently/fast, doesn't rush to conclusions - he looks at all sides of a problem. I'm very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Roger explained (in detail) every task that would be performed. He also provided lower cost solutions that fit our budget and time constraints. He is honest, personable, and provided quality ON TIME work. I highly recommend using Roger for exterior home repairs.

Roger arrived to fix our roof shingles that blew off with heavy wind on the same day as called. He had many calls that day so he arrived at 6 pm. He worked in the dark with a headlamp on for an hour and a half. He did not charge for his work even after we insisted. We were amazed to hear that someone would work on a busy weekend night and not charge for it. Roger is one in a million. We would definitely hire him again. Home Advisor saved us again. We are very pleased.

I received a call from Byam construction within minutes of my inquiry for repair of a broken patio sliding glass door. The screw holding the frame had come off and I was unable to open or shut the door. Although not an emergency, Mr Byam came out on a rainy Saturday evening at 7:00 pm to take a look. This kind man took the time to search for the exact screw needed to fix the door. I should add that his repair has saved me thousands of dollars as if he was unable to fix the issue I would have been looking at replacing the entire structure! As a single woman he made me feel completely at ease, explained clearly what the problem was and took the time to figure out a solution, I am so grateful. I would highly recommend Byam construction to anyone for their home repair issues! I have other home repairs that need to be done & I will be contacting Byam construction again to see if they can do the job! I d like to stress again that this was not an emergency situation (although I could not use the door and it was stuck open) but Roger was here within hours of my call on a Saturday night! Those who live on the Cape know how difficult it is to find repair professionals that actually show up! Byam construction has my vote & I hope to work with Roger again!

Roger is incredibly responsive and competent often taking his own unpaid time to fully evaluate a concern and offer the best approach. He also returns to check out the finished project. Very pleased with the quality of work and will continue to work with him.
