Lake texted in plenty of time prior to his appointment. He spoke to me prior to his service and told me what he was doing and if we had any trouble areas. He followed up with a text letting me know what was done and any problems he found.

What refreshing experience to have a service technician perform such a thorough and complete job. Gabriel, the Bulwark technician that came to the house, went above and beyond to address and resolve the issues I identified. He also and took the initiative to make sure all entryways, foundation/ stucco cracks were treated. He also resprayed the exterior perimeter as a save guard measure. Without a doubt Gabriel is a conscientious and dedicated employee who takes pride in his work.

Bulwark always does a great job. Christopher Nxxxx did our service today. He was professional and did a thorough job. He even went beyond and brought our garbage container back in the yard. Thank you so much. Little things like this makes your customers feel valued and appreciated.
