This company was great - very service oriented and was able to schedule time to come out the same due due to an emergency limb break. They did a great job of removing the limb and debrie and were on time! I'd use them again even though the service seemed a bit higher than others.

They responded very quickly to receiving the request for a bid. Scheduled the bid the next day in person to be sure they understood the scope of work. Provided a very competitive and fair bid and received the order that day. The work began that week and was done quickly, professionally and cleaned up perfectly. I will be using this company again. Very professional.

GE Tree Service did a beautiful job! The estimate was given rather quickly and the price was not nearly matched by competitors. As far as room for improvement, it would have been nice to know in advance the day the work would be done and additionally to have given me feedback as to when the crew would return to complete the job as the stump grinding and removal of the tree stump was done on different day without the communication of this plan to me. I would still recommend GE Tree Service due to the quality and pricing of the work.

Through a miscommunication of mine, GE did some work for me that was actually given to a different contractor. To GE's credit, they did a great job and provided superlative customer service. I only gave them 4 stars on price because they were a little higher than the other contractor, but in the end they honored the lower price. I'd absolutely hire these guys (again, but for the first time) and had a great experience with them.
