Michael Fey, was our technician today. He came to the door and introduced himself and explained what is assignment was today. He asked if we had any concerns. We responded no. When he completed he came to the door and explained what he did. He gave a thorough explanation and saw no issues including scorpions or spiders. Thanked him.

I observed Jaren as he applied chemicals around the property. He was very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Checked bait boxes for activity, observed ants and treated accordingly. Then reported all observations.
