Bulwark Exterminating, LLC

We've been with Bulwark for 12+ years, initially because of scorpions. We've had many technicians come and go. None match the care that Mike Lefever gives to our property. We request that he come into the house as this is where the scorpion problems originated. He is thorough, both inside and outside our home. He is polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bulwark has found a gem of an employee in Mike. Give the man a raise.

I love the communication. They always let me know when they are coming and what issues they see. I travel a lot and it's nice to know they have things taken care of.

This is a great company! Greg our tech is awesome, he's very informative and lets us know what type of service was done and what to look out for in the future as well. I have the mosquito treatment, general pest control, and weed control. And haven't been stung by a mosquito yet or seen any weeds!

I have actually ONLY been with Bullwark since 2005. It's been on and off through out the years, however, during the off times, I didn't use another company because I have been so happy with Bullwark ever since using them the 1st time. They're very professional, they are very helpful, they listen to your concerns. With so many years behind us, Of course there were a couple of small issues on both sides. They handled them with the utmost professional attitude and resolution. The service that you get for the price paid, ESPECIALLY compared to their competitors, is off the charts great. If anyone has had anything other than a spectacular experience it must have come from the customers side, OR, just maybe, ONE tech happened to have a rough day, and/or personalities didn't click, okay, there are plenty of other techs. It's a whole company, not just one person, so don't hold the ones persons actions against the whole company. I feel my opinion and almost TWENTY YEARS experience should hold value. Today we had a "newbie" to the company. Jaren. He was extremely polite, (he had to put up with my better half, which says ALOT). He wasn't on time, he was even EARLIER, (keep up your great work ethics) he was very up front about being new and instead of trying to fake it, he called his boss with a question so he could proceed in the proper protocol for the best results. He explained all he did, a game plan with follow up, and even gave some samples of products to use between treatments. My husband and I cleaned out a hoarders home of which the new owner gave some items to us, and well, the boxes had some little "visitors" which decided to have a multiplying party and now we're dealing with it, or rather, Bullwark is dealing with it. Thank you, Alonzo, Chris, and Jaren. Keep on doing what you're doing, how you're doing it and why!! I really can't say enough about this company, but I hope that 20 years with them does. THANK YOU BULLWARK!!!!! (Sorry for such a long review, had to get it all in).

Zach was very through and professional about spraying the weeds. He explained what the chemicals would kill and what it wouldn't kill. Thank you
