As always, Curtis arrived on time, patiently waited until I could gather up the dogs and bring them inside, and greated me at the door. Curtis was here this afternoon reviewing the perimeter of our home. He checked the entire outside foundation for termites. He also spread some special granules around our foundation that should keep any termites from returning. He shared his intent for follow-up and asked if we were planning to renew our annual termite coverage. Of course were are. We no longer have termites residing on our property, and we trust Curtis to make certain they will never return. Curtis also takes care of our routine pest control and is always responsive to any requests we have. When it comes to pest control, Curtis is our Personal Trusted Advisor.

This time, he actually arranged with me to show up earlier than my original appointment time, which was great. I appreciate Emilio's respectful nature.
