Eduardo Vergara is friendly, upbeat when he arrives. He knocked on the door to let me know that I had a few weeds in the front yard and if it was ok if he took care of those: yes absolutely. He sprays the perimeter of our home and then some around our pool. We're lucky to have Eduardo take care of our home.

Gabriel Caballero from Bulwark Exterminating arrived early this morning to spray the perimeter of our house, yard and fence line. He announced his imminent arrival via text and alerted us when he arrived. Gabriel also communicated multiple options that were available to us outside of our normal service. He was very professional and courteous. We appreciate the work he provided and Bulwark for hiring him.

We have been using Bulwark for quite some time now. In the beginning, we always had the same technician, Corey, and we absolutely loved him. Corey did excellent work, always took the time to answer questions, and was extremely professional. When he was moved from the Silverleaf area to Fountain Hills, I was a bit concerned—but every technician we’ve had since then has been fantastic. Our most recent visit was with Brendan, and he was wonderful. He rang the doorbell to let me know he had arrived, patiently answered all of my questions, and then rang the doorbell again before leaving to give me a full recap. That level of communication and customer service is truly appreciated. One thing I really value about this company is that the technicians genuinely seem happy to work for Bulwark. It also appears that Bulwark hires good, trustworthy people who have strong family values. That gives me peace of mind and makes me feel safe as a customer.
