Our rep., Jack O'Neil did a great job. I explained that we were getting irrigation, and he had a recommendation. He would first spray, then lay down granular as well to help prevent the spry from dissolving in the irrigation. I had left the house to run a couple errands. On the way out, he notified my wife, that our American Flag was worn and tattered. It had taken a beating in the monsoon this week. He asked with respect, if he could help her take it down. she said yes and Jack respectfully took down the tattered American flag. Thank you, Jack, for your professional service, and your respect for the American Flag. I have replaced the old Glory, with a new American flag and she flies proud once again. Thanks Jack!!!!!!!

He took the time to educate us about what was going on, what to expect, and how to prevent future issues. On top of that, he was kind, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Marco L. was the technician that service my house for pest control. He did a great job. He came out one time to focus on an ant problem I was having. He took care of the problem and shared several facts about ants and how the operate, which I truly appreciate. The ants were completely gone in a couple days. I don't know where they went, but they are no longer at my house. Thank again to Marco.
