Balduchi gives competitive bids and stands by his quotes. He is punctual and communicates well. He takes pride in his work and uses superior finishings and materials. He is talented enough to be creative and think out of the box. I enjoyed working with him and will do it again.

Mr. Balducci was very professional and did an excellent job repairing our railing on our front porch. He was also available immediately. I submitted my request late on a Monday night, he called the next morning and agreed to come by to see the project and provide a quote that same day, then he came back the next day to complete the work! I was very satisfied with the outcome and really appreciated how easy it was to work with Home Advisor and the professionals they recommend! I will definitely use Home Advisor and Balducci Builders again.

Franco rebuilt my entire deck after demolished my old deck. He is a pro. in what he is doing and did a excellent job. He is dedicated and patient with his customer and always nice to everyone around him. I would recommend him to anyone with no reservation.

Mr. Balducci is a pro. He knows his business and seems to love what he does. He is strongly committed to safety, and to aesthetics-- all at a modest price. He is constantly looking for ways to eliminate problems, i.e. he suggests small changes in the design that will eliminate water pooling or rot, that will make the work last longer. I learned to respect those suggestions. I had to wait to get on his busy schedule, but it was well worth it. He assessed the work-actually three different jobs--and gave me a date when he could come. An honest, very decent person.

It was a small repair on a step on my outdoor staircase. After a couple of phone calls he came, got the material and fixed it. I would consider him for a larger job. You can't just hire a contractor without them coming by and seeing the job so off-the cuff estimates are not that useful.

Mr. Balducci explained everything he was going to do before he did it and gave me options for addressing unexpected problems encountered during the work. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner and looks better than it did before the work was done. I am sure I will not have any problems in the future and he has promised to return in a year to inspect the work to make sure there are no issues. I highly recommend Balducci Builders.
