Franco Balducci was hired to replace an old staircase. After a very timely and quality completion, I continued his service to replace two retaining walls and lastly to build a large carport. I am completely satisfied and recommend him to anyone requiring carpentry work of any sort. He is versitile, professional, capable and trustworthy. It was nice to hire someone and not worry about competency or cutting corners. He performed as if he was working on his own home.

Mr. Balducci was first of all fairly priced and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He was mindful to inform us of the next step in the process of rebuilding the front stairs and did extra work without the extra cost. Balducci did a really good job for us and stayed true to the estimate given. I really liked his honest and generous character.

The job was not done right and I had to hire another contractor to fix the problem. Overall this job costed me a lot more than it should have. My advice to others is to talk to a few contractors, ask them for the details of how they would do the job and make sure the correct procedure is followed by the one the hire.

It is nice to work with someone who goes through the details of the work he is doing and NOT cut corners. Balducci did a wonderful job replacing my steps and took special care to do everything properly including the parts that get covered up. Balducci is also a very good down to earth guy and very hard working. He was by far the best contractor I've done business with.

Mr. Balducci was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was punctual, hard-working, very reasonably priced, and kept me apprised of his progress at every point. My house is 50 years old, so there were many surprises in the old workmanship, but he found ways to make me a better staircase that still fits in with the style of my home, and I would recommend him to anyone. I plan to use him again for some Springtime projects. A very satisfying experience, and just a very pleasant and engaging man to work with, in general. Two thumbs up!

Franco Balducci did excellent work creating beautiful wood railings for the front stairway to our Victorian gothic revival home. He was prompt, communicative,personable, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him!
