We have 2 lifetime guaranteed decks thanks to Magno's Construction of Hayward, complimented by breathtaking glass railing (by Concord All Glass company). "Cecilio worked in my kitchen for a time of two weeks to demolish and replace full kitchen and cabinet replacement. He did a wall of tile backsplash added two more interior outlets and interior lighting. He went to compare prices and was able to stay with in my price range. Professional from the start respectfully young man he kept job site clean. Very responsible if any changes he would contact me right away if needed an approval. I recommend him for any future jobs and to many of my friends and family."

"Atilla did an exceptional job. I had old storm windows removed and was left with sealant around the windows that was hard to remove. The trim on the windows had weathered and one windowsill had rotted. Atilla replaced the rotten windowsill and scraped and repainted the others. He also scraped and repainted large areas of trim on two sides of the house. He was conscientious, always polite, and checked with me frequently to make sure the work was progressing satisfactorily. I'm more than pleased with the results and am already planning to have him do further work next year."

"Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting.
