Balducci is a hard working no nonsense carpenter. I like the way he completed the 700 sq feet deck. He provided the total service.. getting the material from the whole sale suppliers .. Just got the amount needed for the job.. His work was very good and complete. He spent additional time to perfect the task... I recommend him for the future carpentry jobs..

Balducci Builders gave the best price for a variety of deck and railing repairs among a number of bidders. He was incredibly thorough with his work. Some of the tasks were more complex than thought. He always gave me the option of sticking with bid work, or increasing the budget to replace rotting joists, etc. I never felt gouged. I'd frankly rather have good work done rather than slipshod work to keep to a bid. I have no issues with Balducci's integrity or workmanship. I'd gladly recommend him. We have more work on tap and will work with Balducci again.

Tried to raise the quoted price when he showed up to do the work. Didn't come when he promised. I felt he took complete advantage of me. Did not haul away or clean up debris as promised.
Response from Company:
Client promised to pay the full amount of $400. Before I completed the job the client left the home. She left the payment with a family member. I found out the amount was less than agreed to, therefore the job was complete but I didn't haul the debris away.
