Passing all Oakland inspection schedules. We are probably the first and only home in the Cresmont area of the Oakland Hills that has 4 6X6 galvanized steel posts (30'-35' long) built over 4 steel reinforced concrete piers fortified with solid steel. Our decks are solidly supported by compressed 6X12 beams. He works and coordinates well with architects, structural/soil engineers, and other contractors/sub contractors. We are very happy and proud that he's built our beautiful balconies overlooking the panoramic Bay Area. After all, what more is there to say? We have 2 lifetime guaranteed decks thanks to Magno's Construction of Hayward, complimented by breathtaking glass railing (by Concord All Glass company). In no uncertain terms, we highly recommend Magno's Construction Company of Hayward (and All-Glass Co. of Concord)."

I reached out initially to get a bid on two closets that needed to be updated with shelving to create extra storage and more of an aesthetic look.
