Brad responds to messages, provides good time estimates regarding when he can begin jobs and throughout the work. His prices are fair and quality of work is very good. He has a meticulous eye for details and doesn't give up easily when jobs don't always go as planned. We intend to hire him for our future needs and will not bother looking for others who don't respond to messages, never show up when they say they will, and generally do poor work. Hire Brad for great work at a fair price.
