We had several areas around the exterior of the house that needed repair. Brad gave us a detailed estimate of the work to be done and cost. We accepted his offer. He started the project a few days later and completed it in about a week. Brad did exactly what he said he would, and we were very pleased with his workmanship and attention to detail. We have a few more projects in mind and we will certainly be calling Brad to do the work.

I had a rotten window footing from a leaky window air conditioner. Brad took out the window air-conditioner, tore out the old wood and replaced the trim all around the window, caulked and painted it. He was on time, he was efficient, and he did a good job. I would recommend him without reservation, and I will definitely be calling him again, as needed.

I did a quick search for painters online and discovered 5 within my area. I contacted all 5 and the first response came from Brad at BCA, also requesting a walkthrough of the project within 48 hours. He arrived promptly as discussed, quickly surveyed and quoted the project. During the project he was very personable, and had no problem with our dogs. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he taught my wife and I a few tricks of the trade. I highly recommend BCA, as I have already done with a few of my close friends.
