Bradley Albon came out the very same day that I had called to request an estimate. He met me in the evening at a time convenient with my work schedule. I received an estimate via e-mail a few days later. We decided to put the job we wanted on hold for the time being, so we did not use Albon Home Traditions for the actual work. Thus, only a 4 star rating since we didn't have the complete construction experience.

Brian was helpful with my unique situation. Although we haven't made a fix yet, he quickly came by and provided a free assessment with various options. Some did not even include his services. He simply shared his professional feedback, which was valuable. If we need a professional to get the job done (he even gave me a DIY suggestion), he'll definitely be the one I call!

Brad arrived on time with the parts required for the repair. He did several other small jobs for me while he was here and was very pleasant and helpful. I have hired him to do additional projects and would definitely recommend him.

Brad Albon called back within an hour or two and scheduled our drywall repair within 3 days. He showed up on time, performed as agreed and even installed a rain/snow/ice diverter on our roof for an additional nominal fee. The drywall repair was perfect and completed on time and on budget. We definitely recommend Brad Albon.

Mr. Albon was honest and helpful. He assessed my situation and told me how I could address my needs myself rather than telling me that I needed costly repairs, which would have put a lot of money in his pocket. He was also thorough in explaining things and took time to discuss other issues about which I had not mentioned in making the appointment.
