I had some furniture items that required assembly. He completed the job in a very timely manner and I was satisfied with the price. I learned he is able to perform many projects around the house, and I will definitely be enlisting his service for those as well - professional and punctual!

The maintenance specialist was the best I have had to work for me in a long time. He was professional, respectful of my property, very skilled and knowledgeable about the required work, and took great pride in his work. His price for the work done was more than reasonable. I would definitely hire him for future projects.

I paid the amount that Bradley stated that he needed to complete the job. He did not finish and stated you get what you paid for, which I thought was funny because it was his estimate that we went off of. I still paid the amount he quoted and he said this story has ended. Buyer beware

He responded quickly and did a great job with painting our shutters. We are getting an estimate on other projects too.

There are lots of people for hire that have a decent skill set and lots of experience. The issue for me is finding help that I can trust. I recently found myself in a difficult situation. I have a house for sale in Virginia Beach but I had to move to Missouri before the house could be sold. After an inspection, the house ended up needing more repairs. Brad at BCA used the inspector's pictures and my notes and put together a very competitive and fair bid. Here's where the trust comes in. Brad in Virginia asked for a 50% payment up front and I live half way across the country in Missouri. BCAs reviews and Brad's credentials were sound, so I paid him and gave him the go-ahead with no way to verify what was actually going to happen or not happen at the job site. Brad stayed on his promised schedule and took care of everything on the bid and more... actually, and less. About $500 worth of work that I thought needed doing (work that would have been quick and easy money for a contractor already on site) turned out to not be needed after Brad's inspection. He could have done the work, taken the money, and I would have paid him and gone about my business. But he didn't. Brad called me and carefully explained what he had found and why I didn't need a handful of things on the list I had given him. There are a lot people for hire that have a decent skill set. Contractor was fast and came out cheaper than what he quoted the job to be.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with B.C.A. Home Maintenance Specialist. Bradly provided excellent customer service, was very thorough, and was a able to start our drywall right away! B.C.A. will also be doing our plumbing and flooring as well. We would highly recommend them for any home repairs in the future.
