Brad came to my house to look at a love seat recliner that has some issues. After spending 30 minutes analyzing the problem, he was very honest with me in letting me know basically that it likely isn't worth the money to fix it and that it would likely happen again because of the way the furniture is constructed. I REALLY appreciated his honesty and his time in finding the problem with the furniture. I would definitely think of him for future needs and recommend him to others, based on his honesty.
