Mr. Albon arrived on time, examined the leaking window and made a recommendation for the simplest repair and the one most likely to fix the problem. With the next rain, the window leaked again. Mr. Albon returned the day of my call and did some more extensive work on the window. We had heavy rains last night and no leak. Although the first effort to fix the leak did not work, Mr. Albon and I had decided it would be the best way to attack the problem first. Mr. Albon was very professional and punctual. The total cost was 55% less than the quoted 1st visit from a nationally well-known handyman company I had contacted.

Very professional and courteous, Brad and Craig finished the dryer vent repair quickly and the cost was reasonable. Based on these results, I am going to have Brad and Craig do a plumbing repair in our home next week.
