Made me pay half in cash. Only gave me a receipt for the half I paid in the card. $7k+ and I?m thinking he wasn?t ethical. Never brought back all supplies I paid for. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy mouse traps.

I?m sharing my experience to help others who may be going through the same situation. I lost 260,870 in cryptocurrency to an investment scammer and thought it was gone for good. Called about a racoon in ceiling of small shed (approx 4 ft x 6 ft, it was getting into ceiling from gaps @ soffit). In a few minutes span, quote went from approx. $200 to over $1k dollars because there was more than one gap. Again, this is a 4ft x 6 ft shed so very small area. They did the job, but told me the additional almost $1k was for extra holes, which they sealed with thin wire mesh and all work was completed in 2 visits, under an hour each. Additionally, there was originally a trapped racoon in cage on property, but when they came to do the work it was gone, no offer to reduce cost, only increase for a few feet of extra mesh wire. I've been a property manager for over a decade so this isn't my first rodeo and I understand costs. I did agree to it, just to have it taken care of. But customers be aware of price gauging. They did seal up the holes but when I saw the low cost mesh wire I realized the additional $1k was not due to the materials or labor to cover those additional holes.
