I had the out to deal with a small animal burrow under my pier and beam house. The plan had been to add a one way gate/door to the burrow opening to force the critters out. When he inspected the den it was clearly abandoned. He offered to fill it with concrete, but I had him fill it back in with dirt mounds around it. All this and he only charged the diagnostic visit fee. The tech was polite and helpful.

I was searching for pros of this type, this company popped up and even before I finished reading the info they were on the phone (it was probably 7:30-8 am) to me. Gave me a quick idea of price and said technicians would be here between 9-11. At 9:02 the doorbell rang and the technicians were here. Did their inspection, send photos back by phone and I received a call re: work that needed to be done and pricing. I approved the project as the rodent had been chewing on water lines and it was raining inside the house. It took only 2 hours for them to complete the task . They were courteous and happy too make me happy with their work. I don't know much about these types of things but feel pricing was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend American Rodent Control to friends and family or use them again.
