American Rodent Control returned to move the one way door to another location to be sure all of the squirrels were OUT of my bedroom walls and attic. The office staff and the workers were all very respectful and efficient. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to eliminate small unwelcome animals from your home!

Very interesting that they look at it from a builder's perspective - and recommend fixes to prevent future occurrences. He took his time reviewing our house from the outside and on the roof to find where the animals were finding entryways into our attic and walls. Took pictures, showed us, made recommendations and provided a quote. We were able to book his team to come out 2 days later for all the repair work. Everyone was efficient and professional. After the work was completed, they took me around the house to show each area and where they had repaired it. They did ask for 1/2 up front, which normally I don't like to pay - but they showed up and did their job and I paid the balance when they were through. I was shocked from the initial 2 quotes for this work - wasn't expecting the cost to be so high. We went with ARC because they actually showed us more areas on our house that we needed to address to prevent entrance. (They were more expensive, but they were also doing a bit more than the other company we reviewed. ) We live on a creek - and have lots of critters - so I'm hoping their solution is a permanent fix.

The company called me with the expected arrival time the day of. Arrived exactly on time. The technicians were kind and gentle helping me address my issue. They worked quickly and effectively. If I have anymore issues I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend this company.

We had a dead animal smell in our closet. They quickly found the animal in the attic without having to cut into the wall sheetrock. I was very pleased.
