Extremely professional, very kind and were very clean to disinfect and vaccum in clearnig out the bird nest removal from my oven vent project. I will definately call them again if I have other uninvited visitors.

The tech who came did not find anything in the attic although the smell was still horrendous. My son looked under the hood of the car and found a dead squirrel. When the crew came back to block one hole the same tech said they did not inspect cars. Should not they look everywhere possible to find the dead animal? They wanted more money to block 2 more small holes; I declined. All I got for $600 was a piece of tin over one hole.

Called me within 15 minutes of putting my problem with squirrels on here (it was 11:30 pm) and they were here 9:30 am the next morning.

They were able to release the nesting rodent. Sales rep and pest control expert were both very professional and forthcoming.

Was contacted after soliciting a bid. The rep stated that they were a licensed construction company as well. The job would be $500-$600. Came out and the cost was $1800. Only two enter/exit point found. When they came and removed the doors and repair the holes they just placed metal over damaged wood. No paint. Also stated that they would be back in 5-7 Days to complete final repairs. We had to call twice and they did not come and finish job until day 15. The price charged and work completed had a wide margin. Charged entirely too much. I knew what it was going to cost but they have you by your finger because you have rodents.
