They responded very quickly, described everything found during an inspection,. They gave me all the options I could choose from and gave examples from previous customers (without any kind of identifying information) on each type of protection. It was a bit expensive, but not out of line with other quotes. The raccoon left that evening and was not able to return. Very happy with the quick response and successful removal. They followed up as promised.
