I had an issue with a rattlesnake in my garage. They respond immediately and keep you up to date on arrival times, progress, delays etc. when you hire them. Highly recommend. I didn't do much research on cost since I was in an emergency so I don't know about value for money and what the average company charges for home exclusion and wildlife removal.

Dealing with the owner and the two gentlemen who came to take care of my gopher problem was a dream. Such customer service is rarely found these days. I was kept informed about absolutely everything. Treatment and cost was discussed up front and there were no “hidden charges”. I just can’t express how pleased I am with the overall experience.

Luis and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. Luis and his guys were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any critter removal.

Both Luis and Jose are courteous and efficient. Luis explained all the costs involved in completing the job before I hired them. Jose, who did the actual work, was very polite and efficient. When the job was done he explained what he had done and showed me what he had added to make my home secure from rats, etc. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. I gave "Value for money" only four stars because I always think service and merchandise is too expensive these days. I realize their costs are going up also so perhaps they deserve that fifth star.

I found dealing with both the office and on-sight service to be excellent...very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Really prompt and even came out in bad weather to allow me peace of mind in clearing my attic of “critters “ in a very timely manner. Thank you, Thank you!

Luis was very professional and was able to effectively explain the total process for me and ease my worries. I asked alot of questions and he took the time to patiently explain each one. Jose the tech who came to my house was very courteous and professional. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.
