We had an excellent moving experience with All My Sons last week. We had lots of large furniture and heavy boxes and we were downsizing. Logan and the rest of the team (Taque, Allan, Kenyatta, and Clarence) were all professional and courteous. They came early, worked rapidly and carefully, and accomplished the complicated move on time. Overall it was a great moving experience and I would definitely recommend All My Sons.

Raphael and his crew did a fantastic job. They were dressed with nice polo shirts, respectful, careful, and worked very hard until late at night to get my stuff moved and into the house. Moving is stressful enough and these guys made it easy on me. Thank you! I will recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

Let me preface this by saying Nat and his crew were very professional and efficient. Our items were moved safely and there was no damage. I canâ t say that our experience with the business office was the same. After our original move date got cancelled because of poor communication between the call center and local office the manager switched the price on us at the last minute - after the original quote was signed off on. I was standing next to one of the movers and heard him say on speaker phone â no donâ t say anything to the customer just yet. Iâ ll call him later.â Then about 30 minutes prior to the move being complete I get a call from the manager upselling me to 3 movers vs. the original 2 with an explanation that made no sense. Wound up costing 3 times the amount quoted. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. All My Sonâ s - do not contact me to edit my post for a refund. Iâ m not interested. The public needs to be aware of your shady business practices. There are several other options for moving companyâ s - choose someone else.

No Stars! Unprofessional, UNRELIABLE LIARS, and inconsiderate. This company is pitiful. I was scheduled for a moving service on 5/30/24 and they canceled on me at 6pm after they guaranteed on multiple conversations throughout the day they were coming. Craig and Mike kept saying we are coming, we are coming just running behind all the way up until 5:30pm. Then at 6pm calls and say they can't make it, offered to reschedule for three days later. No apology, whatsoever, no empathy, just unprofessional. They cost me a loss of vacation that I took off from work for this move that was not done. They also cost me additional rent fees so ce I wasn't out of the unit by the 31st of the month. I was hoping they said sorry we can't get you today, we will be there first thing in the morning. Since I didn't have much to move and they couldn't scam and run the clock up, they thought I didn't deserve professionalism and honor of the contract in place. Sad! Sad! Sad! Please, stay away and the comment on 5/30/24 is probably from Mike that works for the company. Read the comments, stay away from this moving company.

WISH I COULD PUT MINUTS STARS!!! Most awful experience ever! Cancelled the day before my move. Offered to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Uumm..sure I will just live in the street for 2 weeks. Gave name of 2 other moving companies for me to call. Guaranteed me they would help. .nope they do not service my area. One company they suggest only does long distance moves, when I called back to state this they basically told me I was lying as both those companies do service my area...wrong! in conversation with my neighbor, found out they did the exact same thing to her the night before her move..with same excuse..truck broke down. As a moving company if your truck breaks down..rent another one. Cost me double to move as I had to book someone last minute, money I do not have to spend, but have not choice.

Chose this company due to the assurance that we would be given two qualified and capable movers with a 26 foot truck and with a dolly (just assumed it would be a working dolly) to help move my kids. They charge an hourly rate, so having one guy and a quarter without a working dolly and 20 foot truck, smaller than promised, caused this job to take far longer than quoted. Being very dissatisfied, I contacted the general manager only to be told that their rates were set by the Pennsylvania Utility Commission and if I had a complaint I could call them, which, by the way, does nothing to adjust the $1800, quoted originally at $800. They took $180 of and said they couldn't do more; I say they wouldn't do more. When asked what motivation does All My Sons have to send capable people/equipment, they had no answer. We were scammed. They got 2 stars because they did show up in time and they did have a truck...low bar.

James Cousins & Ernie were great. On a very hot day they moved several very heavy pieces of furniture with a smile. Very pleasant to work with. Second time using AMS moving & other team was great too. Scott in the office was very helpful , professional & pleasant.
