The 3 phenomenal guys that moved me were awesome!!! They were extremely careful of my belongings. They had to move a very heavy treadmill from a 2nd floor and they were patient and figured out the best way to get it done!!!! I couldn?t be happier!!!

I will make this short and simple. I read the other terrible reviews and did not heed their warnings. They are not exaggerating! This company is horrible! It took them 12 hours to move 3 rooms of furniture into my apartment because one of the movers spent the entire morning disassembling my bed while the other followed me around flirting, making inappropriate comments and invading my personal space every chance he got. I guess he was waiting for his buddy to finish with the bed so he did not have to load the truck by himself. At one point, I got so annoyed (because I'm paying by the hour!!!) that I started carrying things out to the truck myself. The two of them took so long that the company arranged to have 2 additional workers meet us at my new apartment to unload, but because the 2 original guys were so late finishing loading the truck, by the time we got to my apartment, the extra workers had left. It was then that I was presented with the invoice, which was at the very upper end of the estimate I was given. When I asked to speak to the owner, I voiced my displeasure with the service I had received since so much time was wasted with NOTHING getting done. I was told that with the number of hours they had worked and the overtime that they were going to have to pay, that they could not take anything off the cost, but we could talk more once everything was complete. I explained that of the original list of items I had provided to them to give me a quote, I had moved 3 nightstands and a bed, mattress and box springs over ahead of time, so there was actually less that I originally said there would be. They were not budging and I was tired so I signed the paper. The two gentlemen started to unload until they got the bed inside, at which time, the one who had taken it apart started to reassemble it. The other guy continued to flirt with me and socialize with my parents rather than unloading the truck. This continued for hours! They started at 10 am at the house. They left my apartment after midnight. The second worker disappeared numerous times and had to be called back up and told to do his work, but he had pretty much checked out. In the end, I was left with numerous broken or destroyed items including lamps, planters and a large-screen 3-D television set. I ended up paying about $800 more than what I anticipated and had an absolutely excruciating day. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They do not give a $@& about you or your furniture, and will very likely overcharge you. I even had another mover call to warn me. I should have listened!!!

The team arrived around 8:30 a.m. and ready to go. John and Tyler took time to wrap our items and protect them before moving them. They offloaded smoothly at my new house and were polite the entire time. I would use them again on my next move!

They had 50 pictures of my contents and quoted me $5100 to take care of everything and move 6 blocks to new house, "I wouldn't have to touch a thing". Salesperson told me if we toted anything up ahead it would save us money. They sent 8 people and 2 trucks that didn't get half done and billed me $5600. Talked to manager and was told they would return next day with 5 people and 1 truck to finish for $3400 to $3500. Next day filled truck still left me with 2 pickup loads and billed me $4600. We actually had packaged over 80 totes before they ever started, what a rip off. Now I'm out over $10K, I guess they get 1 star because they showed up. DO NOT CALL THESE SCAMMERS.
