Terrible company. Misquoted the price for how much it was going to cost and when they had all our stuff in the truck they upcharged on the quote we were given in the first place. And they have workers that screwed everything up

Reasons for Ratings at the Pittsburgh, PA location: David Hall, the move team lead was very professional but other than that I would not recommend using the Pittsburgh location. The movers arrived at my place at 9:00AM smelling of marijuana. I thought of cancelling however my lease cancellation date was already set. I felt that it was risky to cancel and schedule with another mover. We had boxed and labeled my belongings to make it as easy as possible for the movers. The first thing we noticed was that large items such as wardrobe boxes, dressers, and furniture and a stackable washer/dryer and office desk were not strapped when loaded onto the dolly. These items were taken down 2 flights of stairs. Because they were not secured my office desk fell off the dolly and was destroyed. Pictures attached. They also damaged an end table and bookshelf; boxes were tumbling of the dolly as they were moving them to the truck. We instructed them several times not to wrap the office desk before taking it out of the office, due to the narrow doorway. They did not listen and wrapped it and then had to unwrap it again. They also wrapped other items that needed to be unwrapped several times. We also noticed the downtime between taking items to the truck and returning to the apartment. They would go to the truck empty handed. Also midway through the moving process time was taken out to smoke marijuana again. To move the process along, we began to take our items to the truck. Upon arriving at our new location, the labeled room boxes were ignored, and all the boxes were placed in the most convenient room closest to the entrance! We were informed that the desk dropped, and we would need to file a claim and it would be handled in a timely manner. We sent in the claims via email and spoke with several people within the organization to no avail. Upon request Mike refused to transfer me to Brad the manager in Pittsburgh. My last attempt to resolve my claim was sent to [email protected] and obviously they do not care!!! Here I am without resolution and a desk!

Movers were very good. All My Sons asked what time I wanted & I said 10:00. When they called the day before the move, I was told 8:00. Not pleased, but agreed. Morning of move, I received a call that there would be delay. Didn't arrive until 3pm. Not pleased. Luckily movers were quick, so not the workers. Took off a star for lateness & company not honoring agreement.

Alll My Sons Moving was A+ from start to finish. The "support" folks were courteous, friendly and thorough in ensuring they had all the information needed to make "moving day" a success. The 2 movers, however, were definitely the stars!!! They arrived on time, reviewed everything to be moved to 2 different locations then went to work loading their truck. Everything was moved to the first location and set up as needed. Delivery to the second location was more challenging because of the topography, but these great guys proceeded move everything here with an excellent positive attitude.

I moved approximately 10 miles from where I lived. I was quoted $650 and gave $100 down payment. It was considered a partial move as everything was going into a garage except for four items. The morning of the move, I received a call that an extra person has shown up and that it will cost me slightly more, but in the long run, it would be better because it would not take us long to move me. The price I was quoted at that time was an additional $750. the move is completed. My items were not wrapped or protected. The final cost was $1178. When I called I basically got the runaround. I do not know what you are looking for. I receive no satisfaction from them whatsoever the young men that move me were excellent . However, as I said, only one item was shrink, wrapped my television was not protected. I do not believe anything was broken, but I am very dissatisfied with the move and unless you want to be taken for a lot of money, do not hire them.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE IN PITTSBURGH!!! They are total garbage! Took my deposit and scheduled my move for Saturday. Called me the day before and asked to reschedule for Sunday, ok no problem. Sunday morning they cancel because 2 people called off. Rescheduled for Monday. Called me Monday morning and canceled due to a driver calling off. The next available date was the following Sunday but I needed to be out on the Tuesday prior. They did not care about anything. DO NOT USE THESE GARBAGE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO BE MOVED BY A CERTAIN DAY. I will be reaching out to the PA Attorney Generals office as they did not comply with their OWN contract. I gave them 1 star because I could not give them zero stars. Total garbage people!
