Fantastic company, fantastic team. They were on time. super professional, friendly and kind. This was a move from my recently deceased grandmothers home to a storage unit and these guys, Jack and Zach could not have been any more awesome!

The customer service agents were friendly and extremely helpful. The young men that performed the move were excellent. They were prompt, efficient and very courteous. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again for any moving needs I would have.

They wrap everything to waste time, bring no tools, no appliances dolly, forgot items outside the house, left blankets at both homes, and demand pay before unloading at the new address.

With this company, the customer is always WRONG!! Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had with a moving company. I made a deposit weeks in advance, and when trying to confirm when the movers would arrive, just days before, they tell me they have no record of my deposit ( which I can see went through just fine in my online banking app). Then, they will make no adjustments to their schedule to fit us in even though we only need them for a few hours. THEY WILL NOT EVEN REFUND MY DEPOSIT, EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR SYSTEM WHICH IS AT FAULT! Completely scam-y. Do not risk your move being messed up like mine.

They wrap every piece of furniture with blankets and tape it shut. This takes a very long time. They took twice as long for me to move home then it did for me to move there. They charged twice as much money. They broke two pieces of furniture. When we arrived at our destination they charge you before unloading the truck. They overcharged me and I had to make several phone calls before I got the money back I was due they were honest and return things they found to me. I will never use this company again.

Eddys team, you guys rock! Tetris masters and hard working. However your guy in the office I am not too thrilled with. Needed my stuff moved 7 miles to a 10x10 storage unit. Also asked about 2nd load to the dump in opposite direction. I live in Roy. Was told no problem. A week before I called to cancel. Afraid was going to be too expensive once realized they are out of SLC. The guy convinces me it is not. Even arranges to move date up. Assures me will have plenty of time when inform him dump closes at 5 and storage at 7. But of course they were delayed by the previous move and did not arrive until 4:15pm. And with extra mover because no time to take them back. Told me **more expensive but faster**, so, not a big price difference?! But, now, I can only do storage shed. Finished around 6:30 ish. Was shocked when got the bill and was way more than I expected. Plus tips. And only half the job done. So team Eddy is great but should have gone local like my instincts told me to do.
