Everything went as planned.

They came early into the time frame provided and work was finished in approximately two and a half hours. We were highly satisfied with the end result. It did, however, cost more than the fee noted on Angie' List since we needed a few repairs and the driveway was longer than the square footage quoted in the offer. They were patient and gave several options for ways to bring additional costs in a comfortable range.

It was supposed to be $140, but they ended up asking $440. They said the deal wasn't valid for first time sealings, but it doesn't say that anywhere. First time apparently needs a 2nd coat and I also needed a small patch and for those extra 15-20 minutes of work, it cost us another $300. I would have been content at $100 less. We should have said no. Now our budget is negative. The driveway looks great and the workers were courteous.

The deal was for oil based sealcoat only, and the driveway had to be within 1000sq ft (or extra charges would be required). Both of the above terms were very clear on the deal. So as the purchaser, I take full responsibility for my oversight when it turned out we met neither of the criterias. Again - this isn't on All-county. They were very professional letting us know these things and even offered a refund of the deal. But just as a tip - double check your needs to avoid unexpected charges. They were very responsive in setting up the appointment. I got an email shortly after purchasing the deal was able to schedule the job after a few exchanges. That said - they provided a two hour window for their arrival. But showed up 90 minutes past said window. We called to get a status towards the end of the window - and this is when they indicated that they were having issues securing the necessary tools for the job. We would have appreciated some proactiveness in informing us of their delay via phone/text. Hence - punctuality is rated as "bad". The work looks really good. Given the oversight on our part and the additional work required (filling cracks, using water-based sealant, etc.), we're giving the price as "fair". I do want to provide some feedback on payment. They originally indicated that their credit card system was experiencing issues and insisted on taking a check (also mentioned they're looking to change processors). This threw up a red flag for me. There are manual ways to run a card or give us the option of providing the card info for later processing. It's only when I threatened to cancel the work did they actually try to run the card (without issue). This was really the only hitch in the entire process. As mentioned before, they were professional overall - but it's always the little things. Overall Rating: Good.

Went well, although I had to pay an additional 195.00 since this was the first time it was ever sealed.

Scheduling was difficult because of the rain over the past couple of weeks but after a couple of reschedules All County did a complete and thorough job on prepping and sealcoating my driveway.

It wasn't great. They like sprayed it on, it was like paint almost, it took them like 10 minutes to do it. It started to peel and show wear really rapidly. I was not real pleased with them. I don't think I will be using them again. The quality of the work wasn't good. It took them a couple of weeks after the purchase date to come out; I scheduled the appointment, it was not a delay on their end. Timliness wasn't a problem it was just the quality of their work. Price was good, but price doesn't always mean you will get quality. Their professionalism was fine. The great price doesn't mean great quality, that would be my #1 statement. Cheaper does not mesn better. Quality is not good. I don't think they could have done anything differently, I think it is just the product they have. I don't think it is a good quality and I will not be using them again.

At the first visit, they analyzed the driveway and pointed out issues. (Most of which I was aware of). They gave me a good price for a double dealing and did a great job. They have comeback each year to check things out. They recommended a second sealing at 1 yr and then they told me to skip year two. We sealed again on Year 3, and again skipped year 4. I'm having them back in September to survey again I may get to skip another year.

They showed up within the states window of time, were very professional and did an excellent job.
