The people who used to take care of it, used some kind of a mop and it left swirls in the black top, and we called All County and they thought they could solve the problem. They resealed it, but they did not get rid of the problem. I think we have to get new black top put down to get rid of the swirls. It wasn't their fault, they resealed it, and they did a nice job. I thought they did a nice job, but I really thought they would be able to get rid of the swirls, they said they could. It looks better but it is not 100%. The owner stayed there with the guy that did it and supervised him. I am not 100% satisfied because he did say they could take care of it but they did not. They came right out. They were very professional. I guess he thought they could do it, my husband said they would not be able to do it, but we needed it to be resealed anyways.

I paid more because the big deal was only good for a certain amount of driveway, and we have more driveway than they were offering on the deal. Once they got here, it was quick, they did a good job, I paid them what they charged, and they were gone. They could have been more clear as to what the initial price was going to cover. The rest of it was good. I was happy with the work. They were professional.

It went fine. It took them considerably longer to get there. They could have contacted me earlier when I bought the deal and towards the weather change so that way we could have done it out of the way while the weather was still good.

I signed up for a deal in the Fall of 2014, but they were too busy to complete it by the time Winter rolled around so it had to wait until Spring. But they did stay in touch and make sure it was completed.
