The company was responsive, punctual, followed through on what they said they would do. I really liked the fact that they returned calls promptly and when the actual job had to be delayed because of the weather, they called in advance to try to re-schedule for a day when the weather looked better. They showed up to do the estimate when they said they would and also completed the job when they said they would.

Job looks great. It was more than 3 times the offer price due to size and they had to use a different product than was quoted in the special.

Great job and quality. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail before they started. I purchased the coupon for $129 for up to 800 sq ft. My driveway is 1014 sq ft so I had to pay the additional 30 cents per sq ft the 214 sq ft delta. They also sealed some Ashphalt cracks/gaps, for which there was a charge of $99. So the final price was very reasonable for the size of my driveway. My only complaint is my scheduled service window was in the morning and they did not arrive until after 3PM. I would definitely use them again. I also referred them to a neighbor who obtained an estimate from them.

They explained the differences and merits between water based & oil based sealants, they arrived on time, immediately cleaned and edged the driveway, then sealed it with no unevenness or footprints. They took their time, did a very good job, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with their work, and will use them again in the future.

Very professional job. Straight communications - selected time to do job and they arrived on time. After resealing completed, cleanup was accomplished - good job.

Every thing went very smoothly. Crew was on time, additional costs were reasonable and clearly expected and explained. Driveway preparation was accomplished successfully and seal coat was professionally applied by spray.

I paid for the Angie's List Deal (800 sq ft / $129 + .30 per extra sq ft). They were pretty booked originally so I had to wait for a date, which wasn't an issue because I wasn't in a hurry. We settled on "sometime between noon and 3pm" on a Monday. I tried calling the company line to confirm we were still a "go", but the woman cold responded that she did not keep the books and I would have to call the crew (Becky). I called and left a voicemail and didn't hear back, so I tried calling again. At about 2:30pm, after I sent a text asking to confirm the appointment, Becky called to say the guys would be there in an hour to an hour and a half, she apologized that a project that morning took longer than expected. I can understand that a company may be delayed, but it's good practice to call to let a customer know once they have an idea of the timeline. Two trucks arrived at about 3:15pm and I thought they would begin the work, but it was Becky and a crew to measure the driveway (which is technically work I know). The company originally told me if was over 1800 square feet and quoted me the price -- it sounded absurdly larger than it looked or we remembered, so they remeasured upon our request. It turns out it was only ~1300 square feet and the additional cost was about half what they originally told us. Then the crew left and Becky said the next truck would be right behind them. Well at 4:15pm the truck and the crew finally arrived to finish clearing and started sealing the driveway at 4:30pm. The final product looks great, but was pricier than previous identical services, and if you value your time go with another provider. You won't be able to plan anything else in your day if you go with this company.
