Betty and Kitty came the same day I contacted them.  They explained clearly what they would do and why it was worthwhile.  They were thorough and careful and made the driveway look great.  They cleaned up well. I'd recommend them to neighbors.

The day after I called for an appointment, two workers from All County Paving arrived on time. They introduced themselves and were pleasant and professional in behavior and appearance. After explaining their oil-based product, the option & cost to patch several areas and the process and materials they would use. I agreed to having several areas patched (I was aware that the areas were a problem & wanted them patched). They were ready and offered to do the work immediately which I gladly accepted. Their pickup truck had the spray equipment and materials neatly concealed under a retractable cover. The person patching and cleaning the driveway put on neat coveralls, gloves, hat and boots. The helper used gloves. I checked twice during the work and the patching was done neatly and carefully. I was impressed by the precise control during the spraying. Forty-five minutes after they began the work, the job was completed. The area was left clean and neat (no over spray on paver stones, garage doors and blue tape was placed at the border of the driveway and the street gutter to handle any dripping). A yellow caution tape was stretched across our driveway. They handled it so quickly and skillfully, showing their experience. I won't delay the next time.

It went great. They responded immediately to my initial contact and stayed in contact frequently. Made the appointment quickly too. On the day, they were delayed by other jobs, but they stayed in constant, personal touch by telephone to let me know when they'd be at the house. They are extremely friendly and professional and they did a fine job on my driveway. (Please note that my price was unusually high because I have an unusually large driveway. I felt that the cost was fair.) I will definitely call them again.

We bought the Big Deal for $139.  When they arrived, they measured the driveway in front of us, and our driveway was quite a bit larger than the area covered by the Big Deal.  Thus, the price we paid was more than the Big Deal.  But, this was explained prior to them coming out, and the overall price was still very reasonable.  They performed the work quickley and professionally.  The driveway looks great.

Our drive was repaved 1 and 1/2 years ago.  We wanted an estimate to protect it with a seal-coat. There is a paving company in Harford County that has this business "sewed-up" and although their work product is satisfactory, they do not provide estimates and ask for cash.  We searched Angie's List and looked for Big Deals but all the Big Deals that we could use were expired. I called Angies List and Brittney found me a similar but better Big Deal with All-County. I called Kitty in the late afternoon and she said she was working in Harford County and could give us an estimate that evening. Kitty and Becky arrived at the promised time, measured the driveway and gave us an outstanding price based on the $139. Big Deal price plus .25/for each additional square foot over the Big Deal of $139.   We added the 870 extra square  ft and came up with an estimate at least $150. less than any competitor. They printed out and both of us signed a computer generated and printed estimate on the spot. We witnessed a completely professional job expediently done.  The product was a high-quality oil-based one and the drive looks beautiful.  I highly endorse their all-woman owned and operated business and will use them again! The job went well. They were punctual, professional, and efficient.

Excellent service and communication!  All County Paving came out promptly to provide an estimate which, due to the size of my driveway, was higher than their Angie's List Deal price.  Nonetheless, they gave me an excellent price and worked around my schedule to get the job done promptly.  They were extremely professional and the results were outstanding.  We've owned the house for less than a year and the previous owners had never sealed the driveway.  That caused a little more work on All County's part but they didn't complain and did a fantastic job.  I will without question be using them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.  Ask for Kitty, she's the one who took such good care of us!
