We scheduled a day for them to come out at 3pm. The day of the appointment they called in the morning to see if they could come earlier because they were in the area. I told them I still had a vehicle on the driveway and was planning to come home just before 3 to move it, as the deal required the homeowner to be present. In the end they didn't want to wait till 3pm so they did not seal my driveway because they wanted to move on to another customer to get more done in the day, and would call to reschedule. Now I can appreciate them wanting to be efficient, but it's not my fault that their schedule didn't work out as ideal as they wished that day. Since then, I've sent multiple messages through Angie's List and left VM's in the office but have never received a call/email back. I contacted Angie's List and explained what was going on, so they also said they contacted All County Paving and told them to get in touch with me within 2 business day. Still nothing. There has been enough attempts between myself and Angie's List to contact them that I know they are aware they never performed the service, they are just ignoring me. Angie's List is saying that they can't help me because it is more than 30 days since the original purchase, so I'm left with having to contact my credit card company to get a refund. Unbelievable. After this experience, I would NEVER recommend All County Paving for any work.

Great. They returned my my phone call. Becky came to the house that evening and quoted the job with a start time and date. They showed up on time and and did a great job. The whole team was very professional.

Everything went very well. Very professional workmanship. I just wish the company had used a little thicker material so it would make my driveway look little smooth. But for the price excellent quality and workmanship.

Allstate Paving exemplifies outstanding customer service. Allstate was timely in meeting every deliverable (quote, proposal, driveway replaced). Adam was outstanding to work with and he personally supervised his crew on the installation. I appreciated Adam's attention to detail.
