I had paid for the  services in the fall of 2014, however because of inclimate weather the job was  postponed  until this spring.  The contractor arrived on time of the scheduled date.  The owner of the company and her staff were very courteous and professional and answered all my questions. I plan on using this contractor again and very much recommend to others.  A satisfied customer.  The price was right and the service was outstanding.

Friendly, professional and prompt service. Explained exactly everything that needed to be done and provided excellent service and follow-up every step of the way. Driveway is wider than most and had been damaged by the use of a poor product last year. They carefully cleaned every inch of it, at least three times, due to the surface of the widest portion crumbling and having living moss with roots into the surface that had been exposed. They carefully heated and hand sealed all cracks large enough. This was a painstaking process involving literally hand puttying product into each crack. Once all prep was done, they taped areas to prevent overspray onto the house and began spraying the oil-based product. Every inch was carefully sprayed with great effort made to block spray from landscaping products along the edges. Once complete, they taped off the drive to prevent accidental traffic, explained everything to me, and even politely answered my text questions about use during the next few days. I will certainly be using them again on a regular basis and would happily recommend their services to anyone!

The staff of All County Paving, Becky and Kitty, came to my home to review the driveway areas that needed work. They carefully explained their process and what we could expect before, during and after the work was completed. They made their estimates, giving me and my neighbor a detail breakdown of the cost to complete each driveway and the shared access portion. After we agreed to have All County do the work, they returned to our house to mark the areas that would be removed for patching and to sign our contract. Both Becky and Kitty were very responsive to my questions each time I called their office. One or both were onsite for the entire day of the work supervising the crew and participating in the work themselves. During the cleaning process, two additional areas of crumbling asphalt were identified. Kitty brought me outside to look at them, provide the cost to replace and explain why the work should be done now rather than waiting. I chose to have those areas replaced and the crew quickly started on prepping those areas. The work was done very neatly and blended very well with the existing driveway. The sealcoating was also done very neatly and with only the most minor overspray. At the end of the job, Becky reiterated how long we should stay of the driveway and how we should handle future maintenance of the driveway. We are very pleased with the work and this company is very good to work with. If I had any specific recommendations, they would be the following: 1) Call to confirm the work a day or two before. We had rain into the night before the job and, even that morning, I didn't know if the work would be completed or need to be rescheduled because of wetness; 2) Let the homeowner know just how strong the smell of the oil-based sealcoat is; and 3) Include the dirt / grass edging among the debris removal. The driveway was edged nicely as part of the prep but I had to clean up some clumps of dirt and grass. All of these are very minor compared to how easy it was to work with All County Paving and how well the job has turned out.
