They were running behind the scheduled time but they were in touch with me to let me know.  The person who applied the seal coat was very professional and meticulous and it looks fabulous.  Very pleased and would highly recommend using them again or referring them to family and friends.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for driveway seal coating-pre payment.  I never spoke to anyone-- only emailed to set appointments.  They were responsive within 24 hours, but twice postponed due to chance of rain.  The third appointment was rescheduled for yesterday, October 13, 2015.  By 12:30 p.m., no one had showed.  I called both numbers listed on this site, left detailed voice messages and followed with an email.  As of October 14, 2015 I was finally contacted via email and told a software glitch caused the missed appt.  The work was finally performed on 10/15/15 and was done well.  I did also finally receive phone calls from the service provider on 10/15 stating that the job would be started and later to let me know it was done.   Customer service is definitely lacking.  Quality appears to be good.

This is one of the worst contractor jobs I have ever had done. I signed up for a 'deal', and knew I would have to pay a little more - but the price was extremely high !  I decided since they were already there to go forward -warning, get other proposals and bids.  The job itself was terrible. I have black tar coating on decorative rocks and plants. The spray was not consistent and uneven -some spots were too thick and others still showed my old pavement. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Hi I'm sorry your not happy with the sealant but I told you that you had a water base before an it might not be even an as for the price you purchased a deal an your driveway was much bigger an the deal clearly states .25 each additional sqft so I'm sorry if your disappointed in the work performed but we told you all of this before the work was done. We also told you that you didn't have to go with are company you could have got a refund.
