they caught him
Yes they re
5/5 very professional, experienced, and knows what to do!
Absolutely excellent services and reasonable prices.
John was wonderful! Firstly, he respected my wishes re no traps or poison. Secondly, his fees were very reasonable, he charged $250. He came out to my house, did a thorough inspection, found and sealed off the mice's points of entry. He did all this in about an hour. In addition, he gave me a lot of information about the types of services other places might try to sell that are very expensive--thousands of dollars--that won't even solve the problem, like installing some kind of flashing around the entire house perimeter all the way to the base of the foundation, or unnecessarily cutting open entire walls. This happened to a nephew of ours. He spent $5000 on having walls cut open and still has a problem. I'd tell him to call John but he lives in Indiana. :( We called another company for a quote and they wanted $350 just for an inspection, although they said they roll that $350 into any needed repairs, which I have a feeling would have well exceeded $350.
Great job
They did a great job!
